Rayco manufactures standard and custom rotary (wobble) and push broaches on 8 mm (.315") and .500" shanks. Our broaches are available for a wide range of custom forms and demanding machining applications.

8 mm shank tools are vented except sizes .090" and smaller. Vent holes for .090" and smaller sizes are available upon request.

ROTARY & PUSH BROACH HOLDERS

Rayco supplies broach holders for rotary and push broaching applications. Push broach holders are sourced from Global CNC and iSwiss, and Rayco also offers a non-adjustable rotary broach holder. Holders are available in multiple shank sizes, with custom overall length (OAL) options available for your application.

 

CUSTOM GO/NO-GO hex form GAUGES

Rayco manufactures custom GO/NO-GO plug and paddle gauges for hex and square screw socket forms. Gauges are manufactured to your specifications and include handles and NIST-traceable certification. Available in Rayco #7 high-speed steel
